Surrenden Pool | Surrenden Road | Brighton

A fantastic venue for all levels of pupils whether learning to swim or going into swim galas. Surrenden Pool is an indoor heated swimming pool, set within the Varndean / Balfour / Stringer school area. The pool building has comfortable seating for 30+ spectators. The pool itself measures 25 metres in length by 10 metres in width. The depth is varying with a large area of shallow water at 1 metre going down to 2.8 metres in the deep end. Surrenden Pool is a great new addition for our pupils and for us too! We intend for many of our improver swimmers to reach competitive standards of swimming gaining their expertise at Surrenden pool and Roedean school.

Eastbrook Pool | Manor Hall Road | Southwick

Situated on school grounds. This pool is 1 metre deep all round. The pool measures nearly 20m by 8m in width. It is heated to normal levels. This is a really lovely pool in a nice easy to get to location.
Eastbrook swimming pool is open all year round.

Roedean | Roedean Road | Brighton

A fantastic venue for all levels of pupils learning to swim! Roedean has an indoor heated swimming pool with toilet, shower and changing facilities on site. The building has comfortable seating for 50+ spectators. The pool itself measures approximately 25m in length by 12m in width. The depth is varying with the shallow end at 1m and the deep end at 3m. It is rare to find a pool with such a great depth... Roedean is great for our 'learn to swim' pupils and we hope to see many of our improver swimmers reaching competitive standards through swimming at Roedean pool.
Roedean swimming pool is open all year round.

Hangleton School | Dale View | Hangleton

Learning to swim on one's home territory is remarkably beneficial to building children's confidence and developing water safety techniques. The pupils at Hangleton are so used to the pool building that even the most anxious of children find coming for their swimming lessons an enjoyable experience that they have been looking forward too. The heated pool at Hangleton is of one depth | 1m and measures approximately 6m across by 15m in length. Being fairly shallow this pool is great for eradicating any discomfort around water. Being of a good length the pool is perfect for our pupils to continue improving their stroke technique and endurance levels.
Hangleton swimming pool is open in April through to late October.

West Hove School | Portland Road | Hove

Learning to swim on one's home terriotory is remarkably beneficial to building children's confidence and developing water safety techniques. The pupils at West Hove are so used to the pool building that even the most anxious of children find coming for their swimming lessons an enjoyable experience that they have been looking forward too. The heated pool at West Hove is of one depth - .75 m and measures approximately 5.5m across by 14m in length. Being fairly shallow this pool is great for eradicating any discomfort around water. Being of a good length the pool is perfect for our pupils to continue improving their stroke technique and endurance levels.
West Hove swimming pool is open in April through to late October.
